Futures:

Track record of at least 2 years running quantitative futures strategies

Sharpe Ratio of > 1.75

Ability to expand to multiple venues

Desire to port strategies to equities universe

Use of a state-of-the-art quantitative research, analysis and trading platform capable of trading strategies with microsecond latencies
