We are currently seeking candidates for the following position!
Position Summary:
Responsible for reviewing Cycle Count results, researching inventory variances, identifying root causes of discrepancies, and providing guidance to the Inventory Reconciliation Specialist and cycle count team.
Essential Functions:
· Assign cycle counts and bin audits.
· Review cycle counts and bin audit results.
· Provide feedback to the Warehouse team on cycle count findings
· Assign inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Reconciliation Specialist to research.
· Lead variance research by reviewing SAP history, Warehouse system tools, and drone results as applicable.
· Identify root causes of variances and help implement solutions.
· Work with other departments both at QMN and QCI on inventory-related issues.
· Assist in the planning and execution of Physical Inventories.
· Help train any new personnel on the Inventory Control Team.
· Escalate issues to Inventory Control Supervisor or Manager as necessary.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
· Minimum one year experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
· Minimum one year forklift and scissor lift experience required.
Other Skills and Abilities:
· Good organizational skills with high attention to detail.
· Computer literate in a Windows environment.
· Ability to read, write and speak English; bilingual in Spanish/Mandarin a plus.
· Ability to operate independently.
· Ability to travel between buildings within a 10-mile radius.
· Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment; hearing protection as required.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
· Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
· Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, kneel, crouch, reach, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities.
· Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment; varying temperatures of heat and cold.
· Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment; hearing protection as required.
