Quanta Manufacturing Fremont is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to serve as the primary owner of Fuse HRIS, internal HR database, and Corporate HR related systems including training and compensation management. This role will be responsible for the administration, integration, and continuous improvement of key HR systems including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and compensation platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong technical HRIS expertise, deep data management skills, and the ability to bridge HR, IT, MIS, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary system owner and subject matter expert for Fuse HRIS and related HR technologies, including system configuration, data integrity, security, and ongoing optimization.
- Design, manage, and monitor data integrations and interfaces between Fuse HRIS, the internal HR database, payroll, time & attendance, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop, validate, and maintain data integrity, data definitions, and audit controls across HR systems.
- Lead HRIS projects including system enhancements, implementation, module rollouts, upgrades, and testing.
- Build and deliver standard and advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics using Fuse HRIS and available tools to support compliance, audits, workforce planning, and leadership insights.
- Partner with HR Operations to support employee lifecycle processes (hire, transfer, promotion, termination, leave of absence).
- Collaborate with IT and MIS to manage database structure, access controls, data security, and privacy compliance.
- Act as escalation point for complex HRIS and data issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, data dictionaries, and end-user training materials.
- Train HR team members and business users on system functionality, data standards, and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including California labor and data privacy requirements.
- Continuously evaluate HR technology and data architecture to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive HRIS experience, including hands-on HRIS administration and HR data management.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, payroll interfaces, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced reporting and analytics skills (system reporting tools, BI tools, and advanced Excel preferred).
- Knowledge of California labor laws and HR data privacy regulations.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or high-volume hourly workforce environments preferred.
- Experience with system implementation and integrations, APIs, or ETL processes preferred.
- HRIS or data-related certifications.
Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
