Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the coordination activities between the Customer and the Operation team for the flawless execution of customer programs/ projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct daily meetings with Operation team for Build plan, status updates, priority commitment, and issue trackers on current projects.
- Provide daily and weekly reports that summarize key activity and project status.
- Coordinate for changes (ECR, ECO, FAI) processes with appropriate internal functional teams.
- Maintain documented processes of key functions and strive for the continuous improvement of processes.
- Communicate daily issues with internal team and HQ team for resolution.
- Coordinate the tracking and communication of customer order/ shipments.
- Maintain current NPl checklists and Project status updates.
- Review customer forecast and update information into systems.
- Manage and coordinate customer shipments arrangement with logistics teams.
- Follow-up on inventory transactions to ensure completion.
- Perform administrative functions.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Able to conduct and facilitate effective meetings.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and use time effectively.
- Be detailed oriented and meticulous in conducting daily works.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese a plus.
- Ability to coordinate and organize projects
- Fluent in the use of computers and software programs
- Understanding of manufacturing order processing flow through an MRP system.
- Experience with SAP/Order Management System.
- Conduct other duties as requested.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of similar industry experience
Salary : $71,000 - $75,000
