The Manager, Business Intelligence and Market Insights will partner closely with the Market Strategy Director to identify, analyze, and execute on new market opportunities within the Power Delivery sector. This role is responsible for developing and managing project pipelines, supporting capture strategies, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth. The position plays a critical role in connecting market intelligence, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to position the organization for success in competitive pursuits.

The Manager, Business Intelligence and Market Insights will partner closely with the Market Strategy Director to identify, analyze, and execute on new market opportunities within the Power Delivery sector. Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- - Develop and support market strategies, capture plans, and opportunity pipelines for Power Delivery pursuits
- Identify emerging opportunities ahead of RFI/RFP stages through proactive research and market intelligence
- Monitor and analyze RTO activity (PJM, MISO, CAISO, SERC, etc.) to inform strategic decisions
- Conduct in-depth analysis of utility IRPs, regulatory policies, and industry trends
- Track, manage, and report opportunities and KPIs within Salesforce
- Generate financial models and forecasting insights
- Build competitive intelligence and define strategic positioning
- Support market entry strategies including emerging technologies
- Facilitate cross-functional communication across stakeholders
- Maintain SharePoint, Teams, and reporting systems
- Conduct research using internal and third-party data sources
- Develop and distribute industry insights and reports
- Support continuous improvement through lessons learned analysis
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5 years of experience in market strategy, research, or business development
- Experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure preferred
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Cross-functional collaboration ability
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
