The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $73,600.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do
- Own the numbers – Track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and financial trends across multi-year EPC infrastructure projects.
- Be a strategic partner – Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical teams to align financials with project objectives.
- Manage change proactively – Monitor cost deviations, changes, and risks to address challenges before they impact the project.
- Tell the story – Produce clear, actionable cost reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar) for leadership and stakeholders.
- Strengthen controls – Support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards from day one.
- Make your mark – Act as the trusted cost advisor on high-impact EPC projects, driving data-informed decisions.
- 1–6 years of experience in cost management and project controls for EPC projects
- Skilled in forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk analysis
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for project teams and leadership
- Proficient with JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel, and Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Willing to travel up to 15% domestically
