About This Role
Scheduler – Utility T&D & Substation
Location: Denver, CO (QISG Office – 1050 17th St, Denver, CO 80265)
Travel: Up to 40% domestic travel
QISG is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support utility Transmission & Distribution (T-Line) and Substation EPC projects. Candidates must have 5 years of utility scheduling experience in T&D and/or Substation projects, clearly reflected on their resume. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining resource- and cost-loaded P6 schedules, performing critical path analysis, forecasting schedule impacts, and partnering closely with project teams to drive successful project execution from planning through completion.
What You'll Do
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $111,000.00/Yr. - USD $145,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do
- Develop and manage LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects
- Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies
- Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking
- Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executives
- Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement
- Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards
- 5 years of scheduling experience supporting utility transmission lines (T-Line) and substations – required
- Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development
- Experience with Linear Scheduling, large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment planning for utility projects
- Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Strong communication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departments
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
