Position Summary:
Responsible for managing, developing, implementing, and coordinating the Talent Acquisition and Benefits functions for Quanta Nashville’s HR Team; responsibilities include assisting in developing and implementing benefit and talent acquisition strategies to support the overall company and HR strategy and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, mid-level experience with HR, and the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Essential Functions:
- Manage a team of TA and Benefit Specialists/Coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and performance development.
- Partner with Sr. HR Manager, People Experience, Finance, Payroll, and other departments to ensure accurate benefits administration and successful talent acquisition with minimal time to fill.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA.
- Serve as the primary liaison with benefits brokers, vendors, staffing agencies, and other third-party administrators.
- Lead the annual open enrollment process, including vendor coordination, communications planning, and employee education.
- Monitor benefit industry trends and evaluate plan performance to recommend changes that align with company goals and employee needs.
- Oversee ATS and ensure Quanta takes full advantage of all ATS resources; oversee social media presence to improve recruiting; seek out, plan creative incentives, and attend career fairs to build pipelines and decrease time to fill.
- Maintain and update benefits policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Implement and Improve programs, processes and systems.
- Deliver high quality, customer- focused service.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR Manager role preferably in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- PHR or SPHR preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with multiple languages spoken.

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Computer literate in a Windows environment.
- Strong written and spoken English skills; bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Swahili preferred.
- Ability to operate independently in multiple locations.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities.
- Ability to travel occasionally, including internationally – travel required is minimal – less than 5%.
