- Hours of Operation: 4 am to 12:30 pm (may extend to 1:30pm)
- Weekends off
- Follow safety procedures and report any safety or quality concerns.
- Prepare, package, label, wrap, and band products according to customer specifications.
- Inspect orders and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment, reporting any issues with machinery or tools.
- Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow standard operating procedures.
- Meet production goals while supporting team members and assisting in other areas as needed.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Ability to stand throughout the full shift.
- Ability to use hand tools including tape measure air drill, pneumatics fixed straight-cut saw.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal directions.
- Ability to perform repetitive work requiring high levels of concentration.
- Must have flexibility to work occasional overtime or additional shift.
- Strict adherence to safety policies.
