Team Lead, Stamping - 2nd shift

Quanex is looking for a Punch Press Team Lead to join our team on 2nd Shift located in Owatonna, MN.

The Team Lead is the change agent within the department and as such, must have the ability to cooperatively develop, communicate, implement, audit and enforce standard work at every operation within the department.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3:30pm - 2am.

• Perform continuous improvement tasks to address red hours reported on HR-by-HR boards.
• Leads startup meetings. Participates and provides information for GEMBA walks.
• Must be relied on to work independently with superior results.
  
  

What You Bring

• Three to five years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Experience training or leading others preferred.
  
  

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.50 to $26.50 with potential to earn an annual bonus.
