- Print daily pick tickets
- Accountable for picking/shipping/service/quality
- Produce copies of paperwork where necessary
- Gather, review, and sort daily orders by ship date. Prioritize team duties with help from manager
- Monitor and print expedite tickets throughout the shift
- Pulling, dispersal, and receiving of components to assemblers to produce finished product necessary to fill customer orders
- Pulling of finished goods inventory to fill customer orders
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure customer orders are shipped in a timely manner
- Match product and customer orders to ensure proper quantities and labeling
- Prepare UPS/FedEx shipments according to customer requirements
- Assist with inventory activities including cycle counting process
- Coordinate and help with routine and exception cycle counting
- Forklift certification will be required; previous experience is preferred
- Ability to successfully lead a team of up to 10 to 15
- Accuracy of information and the ability to follow a process through to completion
- Ability to move pallets, load trucks, and move other items safely throughout the plant as necessary
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to use scanners
- Ability to follow instructions, label cartons, and prioritize daily shipments
- Excellent understand of your responsibilities regarding safety and OSHA
