- Gather, organize, and review Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) from all company sites to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for standardization and improvement
- Assist in developing multi-year project plans to mature and strengthen the Business Continuity program
- Gather and verify control compliance evidence, ensuring documentation meets completeness and accuracy requirements
- Support the Property Insurance Risk Response program and assist with the Property & Casualty insurance renewal process, including exposure data collection and quantification
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, alignment with risk management objectives, and completion of other related duties as assigned
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with coursework or experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Insurance, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, with a foundational understanding of insurance principles and business continuity concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively and an interest in enterprise risk management and operational resilience
