Production Operator I
Quanex is looking for a Production Operator to join our QCM team located in Cambridge, OH.
Responsibilities: The primary function is to produce quality products with minimum scrap. The Operator must demonstrate the ability to operate all equipment and tools necessary to complete the process within the work area.

What Success Looks Like:
- Good communication skills with other Minor operators.
- Weigh up raw materials per recipe.
- Check floor daily to prevent extra bags being weighed.
- Properly label skids, boxes, sides of carts, and complete any applicable documentation.
- Knowledge of and assist with FIFO system.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Your Credentials:
- One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School or GED preferred
- Willing to work overtime including weekends
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 lbs. on an infrequent basis
Hourly Rate: $17/hr. $1/hr. shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift
2nd Shift: 2:45pm-11pm
3rd Shift: 10:45pm-7am
