An Extruder Operator is responsible for working as part of a team, as well as independently to run and maintain assigned extruder machines to produce quality window and door parts, to customer specifications, with minimal waste.

- Produce and use Material Identification labels/computer
- Identify quality product prior to packaging
- Attends work on time and for scheduled hours each day

- Follows established procedures and guidelines, including standard work and safety policies
- One or more years of experience, manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Shift flexibility, including overtime and weekends
- Ability to read and understand packaging layouts
- Ability to operate hand tools and other equipment as required
