- This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong presence on the shop floor. You will lead daily operations, build a high performing team, enforce standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing site.

- Lead daily operations to meet production targets, efficiency goals, and delivery commitments
- Support plan and manage production schedules, staffing, and resources based on customer demand
- Hold teams accountable for quality, output, schedule adherence, and safe work practices
- Build, coach, and develop a high performing team with clear expectations and ongoing feedback
- Maintain strong visibility on the production floor and reinforce accountability
- Take ownership of department performance and step in as needed to meet business goals
- 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication (Powder Paint) experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to improve production performance and deliver results
