Moulder Operator - Day Shift

Quanex is looking for a Moulder Operator – Day Shift to join our team located in Orwell, Ohio.

If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality results, this role offers the opportunity to build your skills on a variety of specialized equipment. As a Moulder Operator, you'll set up, operate, and inspect moulders, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour, starting wage varies based on your experience

Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am -5:30pm

Work Hours if overtime is required: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 7:00am- 5:30pm, and potential Saturday hours

What Success Looks Like:

• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• Monitors product to ensure that quality standards are being met.
• Set-Up, operate, and verify work on assigned machine.
• Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes all documentation related to the position.
• Ability to train others as requested.
• Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.

What You Bring:

• High School or equivalent education, required.
• 6 months of related machine operating experience, required.
• Ability to read prints and measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform detailed work that requires high levels of concentration.
• Bringing a positive attitude and team-oriented mentality.
