- Provide a safe work environment by demonstrating, and enforcing all company safety policies, ensuring that all required PPE and/or safety equipment is utilized.
- Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMs), receive work orders through a variety of means and submit requests for parts and equipment
- Performs maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of machinery and electrical hardware and software upgrades.
- Communicate professionally, accurately, and concisely with Production as to important repair steps taken, parts ordered, and time estimated until completion.
- Participate in daily shift meetings, prioritizing and reviewing work orders to schedule daily work.
- Use analytical tools to determine RCFA, Failure Modes, and Condition-based Monitoring results and use that data to drive improvement.
- Minimum five years of industrial, hands-on Maintenance experience.
- Strong break-fix and preventative maintenance experience
- Strong analytical ability, including the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and perform complex repairs.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and demonstrated commitment to enforcing company safety policies.
