This position is a hands-on Inventory Control Specialist working directly on the production floor to monitor warehouse inventory and perform cycle counting duties to ensure all products are properly verified against the quantities in the ERP system.

- Work within E21/ERP system and have good working knowledge of computers in general.
- Monitor inventory for shipping area; boxes, dividers, wrapping, banding, etc.
- Confirms inbound material shipments are checked in with Oracle and verified with Pack Slip.
- Completes daily work orders to turn coil into RAW Screen Frame.
- Maintains cycle count schedule.
- Maintains correct inventory tables/labels where the inventory is being stored.
- Responsible for reporting defects and unusable product in a timely manner to ensure a timely replacement.
- Ordering non-inventory materials; Materials necessary to build screens but not tracked.
- Sets up LTL shipments and validates shipments prior to leaving facility.
- Reviews daily report from purchasing to confirm materials running low and or error in on hands.
- Work on the shop floor with constant and steady handling of inventory functions and ongoing interaction with other team members, as needed.
- High school education or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related warehouse, inventory or cycle count experience.
- 6 months forklift experience; ability to pass OSHA required practical and written exams
- Strong organizational skills, with emphasis to details.
