Quanex is looking for a Global Marketing Manager to join our team supporting the Access Solutions portfolio and can be located in New Haven, CT; Mounds View, MN; or Trumann, AR.
Global Marketing Manager serve as the primary marketing driver for BILCO a recognized industry leader in specialty access products for commercial and residential construction. This role owns demand generation, product launch execution, specification marketing, digital channels, advertising and sales enablement. The ideal candidate has B2B and B2C marketing experience and understands specification-driven sales cycles, knows how to reach architects and contractors, and thrives in a lean environment where they can build and execute. This position collaborates closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams.

What You Bring:
- 7-10 years of B2B/B2C marketing experience, preferably in building products, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms and marketing analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical product features into compelling value propositions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Up to 20% travel based on business needs.
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 with the potential to earn an annual bonus.
