What Success Looks Like:
- Initiating product design and innovation.
- Ensure that products comply with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Determining feasibility of manufacture and modifications necessary to alter construction of a specific product to accommodate customer requirements.
- Supporting engineering staff in testing of new product prototypes, or new design applications to customer specifications.
- Interacting with customers and meeting their needs.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- 5 years of product development experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work closely with other engineers and others, including external customers, in a team environment.
- Experience with root cause problem solving and driving improvements to designs and processes.
- Experience with Solidworks and AutoCAD.
The targeted salary range for this position is $78,000-$90,000 with bonus potential.
