Performance Construction is currently searching for an experienced Project Superintendent with Water/Wastewater experience to join our team. This position will be located in the Bath, NY area.

What You Will Do:
The Project Superintendent will review the project plan along with the Project Manager and other key team members. This includes how the project is planned, project challenges, potential cost savings opportunities, and probable execution strategies. This requires that the Superintendent does a thorough analysis of the project plans, specifications, and bids with estimating. The Project Superintendent will work with the Project Manager in a team approach to determine a construction schedule for assigned projects.
What You Will Bring:
- 5-7 years of previous Project Superintendent experience is required.
- Previous water/wastewater experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years' construction experience with projects from $10 million - $60 Million.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience using an ERP or a project management system like Viewpoint or Smartbid, Adobe Docs, AIA, Bluebeam, and document sharing programs like Box.com, Dropbox or Google Drive.
- Prior exposure to construction management practices
- Ability to drive schedule and subcontractors to meet or exceed key milestones during the project.
- Provide quality leadership, a sense of ownership, and commitment to constantly improve our business practices.
