Game Master at Quandary Escape Adventures

Quandary Escape Adventures in Denton, TX is looking for part-time game masters to join our team. We are located on 5800 I-35, Suite 506. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, outgoing, and a creative problem solver, who loves to brighten people's day!

Job is listed with a required Friday and Saturday shift, but more hours may become available when business and applicant availabilities are considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through our check-in process
• Demonstrate equipment use for guests and explain rules for gameplay
• Monitor guests, provide hints, enforce rules while guests play, and debrief them afterward
• Reset games after each experience
• Maintain a clean and tidy lobby, rooms, washrooms, and all facilities
• Minor repairs as needed to game props

Qualifications

• Public speaking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Creativity
• Ability to follow directions
• A background in customer service, theater, theatrical sound or lighting, or haunted house experience is preferred but not required. (Dungeon Masters make amazing Game Masters! We encourage you to apply even if your acting or role playing experience isn't professional.)
• Strong preference for someone with electronics or programing experience
• Familiarity with basic hand tools preferred but not required
