You’ll play a critical role in driving operational clarity and scale: shaping executive communications, building data-driven insights, and ensuring smooth vendor and process management. What You’ll Do
- Enable leadership effectiveness: Create and deliver executive-level communications, meeting artifacts, and strategic updates that keep teams aligned on roadmaps, priorities, and outcomes.
- Drive insights: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that enable leaders to make data-driven decisions with confidence.
- Streamline vendor management: Lead vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and performance tracking to ensure strong partnerships.
- Operationalize processes: Define and implement scalable processes that ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across global teams.
- Act as a strategic partner: Support IT leaders with ad-hoc analysis, executive briefings, and cross-functional alignment.
- Bridge time zones: Collaborate with teams in the US and India to strengthen communication and operational efficiency.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT operations, program management, or business analysis.
- Skilled with Tableau, JIRA, PowerPoint, and Excel (or equivalent tools for dashboards and reporting).
- Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity for leadership audiences.
- Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
