🔹 R&D Architecture Strategy
• Define target-state architecture across product development, labs, compliance & release
• Align with regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, and commercial readiness
🔹 Solution & Platform Leadership
• Lead architecture for major R&D programs and platforms
• Drive reuse across PLM, PPM, and development ecosystems
🔹 Portfolio Simplification & Cost Optimization
• Identify consolidation & rationalization opportunities
• Partner with Finance to track and deliver cost savings
🔹 Governance & Decision Enablement
• Influence enterprise architecture decisions
• Highlight risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps early
👥 What We’re Looking For
✔ 10 years in Enterprise / Domain / Solution Architecture
✔ Strong experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences environments
✔ Proven success in cost optimization & portfolio simplification
✔ Deep understanding of product lifecycle & regulatory frameworks
