Office Assistant

Office Assistant School Year Position: Hours: 7:00 am – 11:00 am Start Date: Immediate Requirements: •Proficiency with software applications, i.e. Google Suite, Aspen X2, Frontline Education, and MS Office applications preferred •Check student and visitors in and out at the QMS Welcome Window •Manage student notification and letters •Organize and arrange substitute coverage •Answer phone calls made to the building’s main line •Attention to detail and accurate record keeping to support school operations •Communicate effectively with building administration, faculty, staff, students, and families •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service attitude •Superior organizational and time management skills •Ability to multi-task and maintain strict confidentiality •Provide support for principal, assistant principals, and assistant special education director for day-to-day responsibilities •Other clerical duties as assigned
