The Opportunity
As SVP of Marketing, you will set the vision and direction for enterprise-wide marketing, communications, and digital experience-ensuring our brand, messaging, and member engagement strategies deliver meaningful, consistent, and measurable impact across every stage of the member lifecycle.
You will oversee a broad portfolio including Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and Digital Experience-balancing innovation, analytics, and creativity with strong governance, brand stewardship, and operational discipline.
Working closely with the CEO and executive team, you will:
- Translate organizational strategy into integrated marketing, growth, and member engagement initiatives across all channels
- Strengthen brand positioning and digital experience to support market growth, product consideration, and member conversion
- Establish data-driven performance frameworks, metrics, and insights to optimize marketing effectiveness, personalization, and ROI
- Lead enterprise initiatives that enhance brand awareness, deepen member relationships, and improve the overall member experience
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture grounded in accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance
This role requires both strategic leadership and the ability to engage in the details-guiding teams, supporting organizational priorities, and continuously evolving how we connect with current and prospective members.
What You'll Lead
- Enterprise marketing, communications, and digital experience strategy aligned with long-term organizational and growth objectives
- Member acquisition, engagement, and brand positioning across all channels, including journey-based and conversion-focused marketing
- Enterprise performance frameworks, metrics, and data-driven accountability systems to measure impact and optimize marketing ROI
- Digital experience strategy, public relations, and member insights/analytics to strengthen brand relevance, personalization, and reputation
- Cross-functional collaboration and enterprise sponsorship of growth initiatives, supported by a high-performing, compliant, and innovation-driven marketing organization
Who You Are
You are an experienced marketing executive who understands how to align people, processes, and systems to deliver results at scale.
You bring:
- Senior marketing leadership in financial services or regulated environments, leading brand, growth, and digital strategy
- Proven ability to drive growth using data, segmentation, insights, and journey-based marketing
- Experience leading digital strategy focused on website and channel optimization for conversion
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI-driven decision-making
- Executive leadership skills with ability to influence, develop leaders, and drive cross-functional alignment
You are comfortable balancing strategy with execution-able to think long-term while staying connected to day-to-day performance.
