JOB SUMMARY:
Setup and operate CNC saw. Manage the saw areas workload based on the schedule. Help stock, organize and manage inventory.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Set-up and operate all saw equipment
- Cutting wood product on computer numerical controlled machine
- Must be able to read and understand a tape measure and micrometer
- Must be able to read and understand bill of materials and drawings
- Plan day by studying work orders, drawings, material specifications and schedule
- Anticipate needs for sawed material based on current work loads
- Measure, count and utilize mathematics regularly
- Need math skills including metric knowledge
- Lift repetitively – up to 50lbs
- Maintain equipment
- Organize, clean and maintain workspace daily
- Meet Production Quotas
- Hiring for 1st shift
- Must pass drug test
