Quality Wood and Metal Designs is seeking 3 people to work in our Warehouse. Seeking Team Players, who are Detail Orientated, that take Pride in their Job. Leadership Skills and Management experience is a PLUS. We are offering Lead positions to those who qualify.
Job Responsibilities:
- Final Assembly and Touch Up of Products
- Order supplies when low
- Organizing Shipping and Loading/Unloading Trucks
- Assist other Departments in Achieving their Production Goals
- Participate in morning meetings to set production outcome goals
- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule: Load, pack, wrap, label, ship
- Receiving and processing warehouse stock products: Ordering, Monitoring effective use of supplies, Storing materials
- Keep a clean and safe working environment to optimize space utilization
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
- Help arrange and organize shipping, scheduling truckers and overseeing paperwork
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Current forklift license
