The Role (The Mission)
· Direct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to diagnose their needs and present premium engineered solutions.
· Expert Closing: Guide our clients through a structured, facilitative, consultative sales process to secure commitments no matter how many visits it takes to close.
· Pipeline Mastery: Manage and convert company-generated leads with high urgency and professional persistence. “Coffee is for closers.”
· Product Authority: Maintain a deep technical understanding of our product lines to provide superior recommendations. Become an expert in our exclusive product lines to provide honest, professional recommendations.
· Consistent Excellence: Regularly meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to our status as a market leader.
· Accuracy & Detail: Conduct thorough measurements and project assessments to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
The Territory (Your Training Ground)
· Geographic Focus: You will be the face of our brand across Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Alexandria) and Washington D.C.
· High-Value Consultations: Conduct in-home assessments for residential projects, presenting solutions that meet the architectural standards of the DMV.
· Consultative Excellence: Execute a refined, facilitative/consultative sales process to secure consistent closes with sophisticated clientele.
· Lead Response: Manage a consistent flow of pre-vetted, high-intent leads provided by the company—no cold calling required.
The Professional Profile
· High-Tempo Work Ethic: You possess an internal motor that doesn’t quit. You are energized by a busy schedule and high-stakes goals. You operate with a sense of urgency and aren't afraid of a demanding schedule.
· Proven Sales Track Record: 2 years of success in residential in-home sales or a similar high-ticket home improvement field.
· Disciplined & Coachable: You value structured processes and are always looking for ways to sharpen your "gameday" performance. You are comfortable with structured sales processes and diligent CRM record-keeping.
· Accountable: You take full ownership of your performance and your results, requiring minimal supervision to stay on track.
· Resilient: You have the mental toughness to handle objections and the persistence to follow through on every opportunity.
· Local Expertise: Familiarity with the Northern Virginia and D.C. markets is a significant plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to navigate the DMV daily.
· The Athlete Mindset: You are a former athlete (high school or collegiate level) who values self-discipline, internal drive, and coachability.
