Founded in North Little Rock, AR, we have been delivering building materials to our customers across the Central South region since 1987. Being a family owned company, we pride ourselves on ensuring strong customer relationships and taking care of our employees. After much growth, we opened our second location in Rogers, AR in December of 2023. Since opening, we have already exceeded expectations and we are looking forward to soon be starting construction at our permanent Northwest Arkansas distribution facility in Springdale, AR.

Duties:
- Operate a forklift, lift truck, or hi-lo to move materials and products within the warehouse or production area
- Safely load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
- Perform daily inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities and match orders
- Assist with inventory control by accurately recording movement of materials
- Perform order picking and packing duties as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Familiarity with 70 or 90 size forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Experience in shipping and receiving is a plus
