Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)
Compensation: $13-$14/hour (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities & Job Description
- Vehicle Movement & Staging: Safely drive, park, and stage new, pre-owned, and customer vehicles across the sales lot, showroom, and service lanes.
- Lot Maintenance: Keep the dealership display lots organized, neat, and aligned with our strict corporate display standards.
- Inventory Tracking: Accurately track vehicle locations and manage keys to ensure smooth operations between the sales and service departments.
- Vehicle Preparation: Assist in washing, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles to make sure they look pristine for customer delivery or lot display.
- General Support: Run local dealership errands, assist with multi-point transport, and jump-start or refuel inventory vehicles as needed.
Qualifications
Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record.
- Driving Skills: Ability to safely operate a wide variety of vehicle makes and models (experience driving manual/stick-shift transmissions is a major plus).
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable working on your feet and outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, or cold).
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard dealership background check and drug screening.
