This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Lake Elsinore, CA. The Field Services Engineer will perform day-to-day tasks such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for critical power systems. The role requires providing excellent customer service, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring systems maintain optimal performance. The engineer will also contribute to equipment reliability and uptime through regular servicing and repair work.
- Proficiency in Field Service and hands-on experience with installing or maintaining critical power systems
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues
- Skilled in conducting Preventive Maintenance to optimize operational efficiency
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to client sites
- Electrical or technical certification, or relevant experience, is preferred
- Proficiency with tools and software associated with field service operations
