Responsibilities
- Manage the transportation of synthetic turf materials, equipment, and tools to various job sites efficiently and safely.
- Oversee the setup, installation, and ongoing maintenance of synthetic turf surfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Supervise landscaping crews and subcontractors during project execution, providing clear direction and support to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to schedule deliveries, installations, and inspections seamlessly.
- Conduct quality control inspections on completed projects to ensure durability, appearance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, vehicle logs, safety reports, and inventory records.
- Ensure all driving activities comply with local traffic laws and company safety policies while promoting a culture of safety on-site.
Experience
- Proven experience in synthetic turf installation, landscape maintenance.
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and tree care is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects including site preparation and maintenance work.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience operating commercial vehicles or trucks required for transporting materials safely and efficiently.
