What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bay Hand in Strafford, MO position at Quality Truck Washes?
Come join a company that values its employees with a generous bonus plan. We reward you for your hard work and effort! Starting wages start at $14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience. However, any employee can earn $15.40 - $28.00 per hour on busy days due to our bonus plan!
Swing shifts and part-time shifts are available in addition to our standard shift hours of 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm.
We will provide training for the general job duties which include the following:
✰ Hand-mopping tractors
✰ Using a high pressure wand for rinsing
✰ Operating a trailer brush system (pulling system around trailer)
✰ Properly guiding drivers into bay
✰ Use of a 6 ft. high portable catwalk
✰ Use of an 11 ft. high stationary catwalk
✰ Proper brightener procedures (once thoroughly trained)
✰ Washouts (of trailers)
✰ Keep your side of the bay clean between trucks -hoses straightened, mop buckets clear, etc.
✰ Any duties requested by management.
