Pay & Benefits
- $20–$35/hr (based on experience & certifications)
- Vacation up to 4 weeks – fast accrual
- Additional PTO up to 192 hours per year

- Proven self-starter who thrives in independent work environments
- Diagnose and repair brake, air, electrical (lighting, ABS), and suspension systems
- Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum trailer components
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Handle on-site service calls independently
- Perform DOT and Preventative maintenance inspections on trailers On-Site
- Communicate with customers clearly and professionally
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License (CDL preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Experience with welding, fabrication, or trailer repair preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks safely
- Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality work
