Delivers and picks up parts and equipment. Assists Parts Counter personnel.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picks up and delivers parts to customers, other Company locations, and vendors.
- Checks with the Parts Manager or counter personnel before leaving for any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
- Verifies payments for invoices on deliveries.
- Reconciles invoices against purchases orders for pick-ups.
- Maintains parts vehicle. Notifies manager of any repairs or maintenance required.
- Assists with stocking and posting received orders to expedite delivery to shop personnel or retail accounts.
- Represents Quality Truck Care Center in a professional manner, remaining friendly and courteous in all customer and co-worker interactions.
- Weekly office cleaning is performed in cooperation with the rest of the office staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Valid /Clean Wisconsin Driver’s License. REQUIRED
- Parts (auto or truck) or delivery experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong general math skills.
- Ability to communicate with others verbally (telephone and in person) and in written communication methods (handwritten and electronic correspondence)
