What are the responsibilities and job description for the Express Service Writer position at Quality Toyota?
Quality Toyota has an immediate opening for a full time Express Service Writer position; this person should have knowledge of automotive service and maintenance operations. Computer skills are a must, Dealer Track or Xtime experience would be helpful, but we will train the correct individual. Do you enjoy working with friendly people in a fast paced environment? Your days will include setting up appointments, dispatching work to the technicians, answering customer’s phone calls, invoicing repair orders, cashiering, preparing quotes for needed repairs, you will be working closely with other writers, parts professionals and service technicians to keep our customers automotive service an enjoyable experience. You will enjoy working in our newly remodeled dealership, and being a part of the Toyota and Quality Family.
Compensation will be based on your level of experience. Benefit package includes, paid holidays, Paid Time Off, health insurance & uniforms.
