What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Representative position at Quality Toyota?
We are looking to fill a full-time/temporary Customer Care Representative position here at Quality Toyota.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be doing the following on a daily basis.
- Answering all incoming Service calls, chats & emails.
- Set appointments for incoming Service calls.
- Make outbound calls from our database to customers.
Requirements:
You must embody Quality Toyota's stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment where every day brings new challenges. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal person will also posess:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven track record in customer service and/or sales; BDC/internet automotive experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
- Strong-tasking and organization skills
- Proficient using a computer
- Verifiable work history
