We are seeking a dedicated and organized Bookkeeper / Payroll specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by assisting in the processing of payroll accurately and on time as well as assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Duties
- Record finiancial transctions and maintain accurate books
- manage accounts payable and recievable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process employee payroll and ensure compliancewith tax laws
- Prepare reports for management and external accountants
Skills
- Experiance with Bookkeeping and payroll
- Proficient in computer literacy..
- Solid understanding of accounting principals
- Strong attention to Detail and Organational Skills
