Quality Tool, a dynamic and growing precision metal manufacturing company, has an immediate opening for an experienced Inventory and Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a full time, in office position at our St. Paul Energy Park location responsible for connecting with vendors, receiving orders in, performing inventory transactions in our system and occasional packaging all within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing daily communications and transactions.
- Move parts using pallet jack and/or fork truck.
- Assisting Material Handler team with components and raw materials for current and upcoming shipments.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reports plus overall knowledge of the warehouse.
- Working along with the Purchasing team to stay up to date with critical shipments and any shipment that arrives damaged or was shipped incorrectly. Verify pallet count / quantity.
- Perform cycle counts of planned and random part numbers to check for accuracy. Analyze count results for reasonableness.
- Perform inventory transactions as necessary for receiving and moving goods.
- Proactively communicate regularly with vendors pertaining to orders, quotes, and/or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certified Forklift operator or ability to become certified.
- At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing and Warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable being on your feet (standing, moving, walking, etc.).
- Comfortable using ERP/MRP system (Visual Enterprise preferred) and able to effectively use Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret and relay technical information clearly.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated integrity, energy, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
- ERP system experience preferred.
- Basic blueprint reading a plus.
