About the Role:
As a Closing Agent, you will manage real estate transactions from preparation through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and conduct real estate closings
• Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the process
• Manage escrow, disbursements, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
• Experience with escrow and closing processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Notary Public (or ability to obtain)
• Knowledge of title insurance and real estate transactions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
