Job purpose
The role of the Paint Protection Installer is to independently apply paint protection film on any vehicle at a professional level. The installer is responsible for all aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, project planning, customer consultations, cutting templates, film removal, spoiler removals, door panels removals, setting up equipment, and problem solving. Additionally, the Installer understands different film qualities, benefits, characteristics, and applications and is able to communicate this information to customers.

Duties and responsibilities
- Be able to install film at a paint protection products at a professional level and in a timely manner
- Bring a positive attitude to work everyday
- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
- Be able to recommend films based on customers needs and circumstances
- Ensure the team as a whole is successful by be willing and able to help other team members with shop projects and duties
Qualifications
- 1 year of paint protection installation experience
- High School Diploma
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of reliability, accountability and initiative
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Position will be 40 hours per week.
The hourly rate depends on experience and will be assessed during the working interview.
