Are you a highly organized, reliable, and motivated individual looking for a hands-on role with a leading Michigan company? Quality Tile, Inc., is seeking a dedicated Assistant to support our field operations team.
This is a dynamic, essential role for someone ready to be a reliable jack-of-all-trades.
Key Responsibilities:
The Assistant role is crucial to maintaining efficiency both in the office and on the road. Duties include:
Estimating/Customer Service: conduct on-site measurements and prepare estimates for upcoming tile installation projects.
Logistics & Driving: Safely pick up and deliver tile materials and supplies to job sites across the Metro Detroit area.
Site Management: Efficiently dispose of trash and debris from tile installation jobs, ensuring sites are clean and orderly.
Vehicle Maintenance: Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and perform basic computer work and data entry.
Qualifications & Compensation:
A proactive, can-do attitude and strong organizational skills are essential.
Must have a valid driver license and be comfortable driving company vehicles.
Experience in the construction or tile industry is required.
Compensation for this role is competitive and directly based on relevant experience.
