Job Description
As an Operations Coordinator at Quality Tank, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation routes, allocating resources, and monitoring compliance with schedules and safety regulations. You will manage daily communications with customers, carriers, and other internal teams, ensuring that cargo and materials are handled and transported properly.
You will also perform administrative tasks related to transportation documentation, incident management, and operational performance tracking. This is a full-time, on-site position based in El Paso, TX.
Requirements

* Analytical skills to interpret operational data, solve problems, and optimize routes and resources.
* Strong communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
* Experience in operations management and logistics coordination, preferably in freight transportation or specialized materials.
* Ability to provide excellent customer service, manage incidents, and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders.
* Administrative support experience, including document management, recordkeeping, and the use of management software and office productivity tools.
* Educational background in logistics, business administration, operations, or a related field. Previous experience with HAZMAT and transportation safety regulations is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to learn and adapt to operational changes.
