Role Description
This full-time on-site Nurse Practitioner role is located in Asheville, NC. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive wound care management, including patient evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of advanced wound care techniques. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, documenting patient progress, and advocating for the highest quality of patient care while adhering to established healthcare standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in advanced wound care techniques, patient evaluation, and treatment planning
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Knowledge of medical documentation and compliance with healthcare standards
- Ability to manage case reviews, provide patient education, and advocate for quality care
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in wound care or related fields preferred
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
