What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN, Behavioral Health position at Quality Support Services?
We are seeking an RN for a Behavioral Health Facility. Local travelers are strongly encouraged to apply, and per diem will be provided for commuting expenses. This position is available for immediate start. We are a local Phoenix area company.
The assignment will be at an Adult BH Facility, and will be at one location - but if there is low census you may be asked to float.
The Patient Population includes people with Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Multiple Personality Disorders.
Primary Duties include nursing assessments, blood draws, and injection. May be required to do some case management also.
There is no restraining or seclusion involved in this position.
Schedule is all weekdays, and all day shifts. No nights and no weekends.
Pay Range is $39-$42/hr, depending on experience.
At least one year of experience in Behavioral Health nursing is required.
