Must be able to work 10-12-hour shifts
Requires ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions in English
Requires ability to work with minimal direction and by self at times.
Requires ability to manage time effectively
Requires ability to sit and drive a forklift for prolonged periods of time.
Requires ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift and carry items up to 50lbs.
Requires ability to pull down vertically on chain multiple times during shift to open dock doors.
Requires ability to climb on and off a forklift multiple times during shift.
Requires ability to visually observe the condition of surroundings.
Requires ability to hear and speak
On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklift or other job specific equipment.
Re-stack pallets, pull outbound loads, stage and prepare paperwork accordingly.
Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers or other shipping containers.
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
