The Mission
Deliver consistent 15% year-over-year revenue growth while building the most loved, highest-performing sales team in the industry.
Who We Need
A charismatic, high-energy Sales Manager who lives for people and wins hearts the moment they walk in the room. You’ll lead a team of 3-6 sales professionals, personally close big-ticket deals, and still jump on the floor to help a customer fall in love with a $20k outdoor kitchen or a $15k wood stove.
This is a player-coach role. You will sell, you will lead, and you will outwork everyone because 15% growth doesn’t happen by accident.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the showroom and team to minimum 15% annual top-line growth
- Train, coach, and performance-manage the sales team (daily huddles, role-playing, and holding people accountable)
- Build instant rapport with affluent customers who buy $8k–$50k solutions for their homes
- Master our product line (technical training provided) so you can confidently sell and explain high-efficiency wood, gas, pellet stoves, fireplace inserts, hot tubs, swim spas, BBQs, pergolas, etc.
- Create in-store events, home shows, and community partnerships that pack the showroom
- Work the hours required to win — 60 hours/week during peak seasons (Oct–Mar especially) is the reality of 15% growth
- Live and breathe a “customers and team come first” culture
