Residential Field Manager

Position Summary:

Quality Stone Veneer is growing again! We are looking for someone to learn and grow into our next leader to manage our Commercial and Residential Installation projects for our Mid Atlantic Division. This will eventually be a road warrior position with oversite of a team of Field Managers and Subcontractors in PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA and WVA, at first the coverage area will be PA, MD primarily.

To start, the role will be a field manager that works very closely with our current Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations. You will carry a report of work to manage. You will do best possessing a background in construction, but the ability to learn with an open mind will serve you best. Prove you can read and understand job descriptions and scope of work specifications. Service mindset will be at the forefront of your world, focus on detail, communications, and doing the right thing always will be your driving force.

You will be a planner and an executer of plans; your world will revolve around 30/60/90 days of looking forward to set up the success of your projects.

This will be a role of increasing responsibility and is an opportunity to grow quickly, earn recognition and will be prime for senior leadership roles in the coming years.

Reports to:

· Director of Field Operations - Mid-Atlantic Region

Location:

This position if preferred to be based out of the Harrisburg area. Office time will be minimal, you will work from your truck and should be comfortable with this. Most of your days will be spent behind the windshield.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Functions:

· Work in cooperation with the Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations to meet QSV standards and goals.

· Planning of projects to be smooth and ahead of the curve.

· Work to ensure that essential policies and procedures are being followed throughout and documents completed to ensure a timely delivery and installation.

· Know the expectations set forth in the commercial contracts and work with other departments to maintain accountability when developing plans to meet the requirements of the contract.

· Schedule the Subcontractors as necessary to meet the demands of each commercial and residential contract.

· Collaborate with Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations regarding labor, job supervision, and problem solving.

· Facilitate communication between manufacturing, shipping, and field foreman when needs arise.

· Work in cooperation with Administrative Operations to ensure that administrative tasks are being completed in a timely and thorough manner that is supportive to Field Operations and other departments.

· Other duties as assigned by the Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations.

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of construction experience and ability to read blue prints not required but a plus

· This is a safety-sensitive position, and a drug screen will be required prior to employment.

· Clean MVR

· Display proficient computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, outlook, teams)

· Communicate clearly (written and oral) in English.

· Travel locally is expected at start, growing into travel into other regions

· Communicate openly and regularly to employees, customers, and peers.

· Keen attention to Detail and forward thinking

· Able to understand invoicing projections

· Willing to do manual labor when needed

· Daily Travel Required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
