Temporary assignment expected to begin on June 15, 2026. The assignment may be extended based on production needs, with an anticipated return in September.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Overtime: may be required based on production demands, including weekends as needed. During the company’s peak season, employees may be scheduled to work up to 7 days per week. All overtime hours are paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.

Lunch/ Breaks: Lunch break is unpaid and scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employees receive two paid 10-minute breaks during the morning shift. If working past 2:30 p.m., an additional 10-minute break will be provided at 2:30 p.m.

Description:

Employee will rotate throughout the day between the following tasks: Gift Boxing, Lining, Binning, Pulling and Packing, and Shipping.

Supervisors will assign duties based on operational needs, and tasks may change throughout the day depending on order volume.

Note: All orders include an SWO (shop work order) that identifies the requested merchandise.

SWO details include merchandise info, barcode, and tracking of production stages, such as gift boxing and shipping, until the outgoing box is ready, along with a packing slip and shipping label.

· Lining: Accurately line 5 to 10 envelopes per minute. The SWO, placed with personalized items in bins, is referenced to confirm lining details. Liners apply glue, line envelopes, return merchandise to bins, scan SWO, and send to gift boxing.

· Accurately Gift-box 4 SWOs per minute: Pull the bin with SWO from the overhead conveyor. Remove the rubber band from the SWO and merchandise. Gift boxers ensure personalization matches SWO details and appropriately box merchandise. Scan the barcode, add a rubber band, and send to shipping. If a task on an SWO can't be completed, move it aside; the supervisor will address it.

· Keep your workstation orderly. Use lights to notify the supervisor of needed supplies or questions.

· Binning / Packing / Shipping: Scan SWO, place gift-boxed merchandise in the correct location, and fill bins. Monitor the conveyor for jams or falling merchandise. Gift-boxed merchandise travels on a conveyor. Binners scan SWO, accurately place items, and monitor the conveyor for jams.

· Pulling and Packing: Pull full bins to keep the shipping area stocked. After pulling, pack the merchandise in the correct corrugated. Keep SWO with items, add void fill, and place on the conveyor.

· Shipping: Scan SWO from the corrugated box. Get shipping label and packing slip. Put the merchandise in the carrier's location. Ship all full bins daily. Shippers label boxes, insert slips, push through the tape sealer, and place them on the carrier pallet. Keep the area orderly and tools charged at day's end.
